Hey cousins!! Winter is officially here, and you know what that means.... DRY LIPS! This lip oil will revive those dry lips! Use this as a plain lip oil, or under your lip gloss/lipstick! So, no more constantly licking your lips, this lip oil is long lasting!

Ingredients: Mineral oil, hydrogenated polyisobutylene, petrolatum

Instructions:
1. Apply this lip gloss before applying lipstick, wait for one minute and then use a tissue to press off the lip oil, which will reduce lip lines.
2. Apply matte lipstick to create supple and plump lips.
3. Use it directly to relieve dry and flaky lips (you can apply it thickly before going to bed).
