How long does it take my product to ship?

-Allow at least 8-14 business days for processing and shipping for all orders. Depending on the day/time your order is placed, often times it will not process until the next business day. Please be advised that any unforeseen delays are out of our control. Majority of our products are shipped within the USA, and some of our products are shipped from China. Please be aware that even with express shipping, certain products can still take a longer time to ship, especially when shipping from out of the country. Also, if you’ve ordered multiple products please be advised that they can arrive at different times. You may not receive every item in the same package. Allow more time during the holiday seasons. We do not suggest ordering last minute!

Returns?

-Refunds/Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving order. Due to Federal Health Regulations, ALL HAIR SALES ARE FINAL! Per circumstantial situations, exchanges will only be applicable if an error was made by the manufacturer/vendor or The Luxe & Lush Brand such as wrong length, density, color, etc. Hair accessories and cosmetics are subject for refund/exchange if was shipped/delivered and received damaged. To qualify for an exchange, the item(s) must be in its original condition/package (for wigs; not worn, washed, combed out, etc). Please email our customer support at customerservice@theluxelushbrand.com with order number, photo evidence as soon as possible. Depending on your bank, please allow refunds to process between 7-10 business days. 

Products? 

-All wigs/bundles are 100 Virgin Hair, beginner friendly, little to no shedding, can be dyed, and can last 1-2 years with proper/gentle care. 

-Lipgloss come in standard packaging. Before placing on lips, suggested to do a swatch on the hand first. If there is a reaction, please discard.

-Accessories/Mist. are as pictured and described.

Hey cousins!! So listen, we are a start up business. When I say a start up…I mean from the ground! We are working diligently to get our packaging finalized. We are working with our vendors so for now, you will receive your products with our vendor packaging until we are able to provide our own. Plus, we didn’t want you to wait no further to shop! So don’t be alarmed, don’t be confused…your products are still The Luxe & Lush Brand products! 

 

What payment methods do you accept?

-We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, and other secure payment methods like Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, etc.

How can I contact customer support? 

-You can reach our customer support team via email at customerservice@theluxelushbrand.com or website chat. We are available Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm (EST) for all email inquiries. Our chat is open Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm, Saturday's, 9am-5pm, Not open on Sunday's.

How do I leave a review? 

-You can leave a review by visiting the product page and clicking on the "Write a Review" button located at the bottom of the page. Also don't be shy...leave reviews on all social media platforms. We value your feedback and appreciate your input. 

Can I cancel or modify my order?

-Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placing them. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible for assistance. 

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

-Yes, we regularly offer promotions, discounts and special deals. Sign up for our newsletter and follow our social media platforms to stay updated on the latest offers. 

How do I apply my discount code?

-Once all items are added to the cart, click on "Check out". Even if you are planning to use payment such as ApplePay, Google Pay, ShopPay, etc. Once you have clicked on the button, your browser will direct you to the next page. At the top where it says "Show Order Summary", there will be a drop-down arrow where you can apply your discount code. 

How do I track my order?

-After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website.
